How an ICT Order Block reversal setup forms
The setup starts with a displacement-qualified bullish or bearish Order Block. Reversal pivots must form after the block and the directional pivot must overlap the block or remain within its configured tolerance.
Aventra can confirm the reaction with Double, Triple, Head and Shoulders, Higher Low, or Lower High structure. Only one valid reversal model is required; they are not expected to occur together.
- Active displacement-qualified Order Block
- Post-zone reversal structure
- Directional pivot near the block
- Latest close near the completed reaction
What invalidates the reading
The Order Block far boundary is the primary structural reference. The candidate also loses quality when the selected reversal pivots are too close together, too widely separated in price, or no longer near the latest market action.
A scan result should therefore be reviewed together with the block boundary, pivot geometry, and current price location.
